Minimally Invasive Pediatric Surgery Team

Surgery is never a desired option, but it is often a necessary one. When surgery is needed, you can trust that your child is in exceptional hands. Surgery can be very scary, and we work hard to ease those fears for both the parents and the child. As pediatric surgeons, we will take the time to explain conditions and procedures to both our young patients and their parents. Our pledge is to make every child and every family feel as if they are our only patients.

Being fathers, we realize that there is no such thing as a "minor" operation on our children, and therefore, there is no "minor" operation on your child. We know that your child is precious and placing them in our care is a responsibility that we take very seriously. Our aim is to provide the most advanced surgical options available.

Dr. Anderson specializes in minimally invasive thoracic and abdominal surgery and is committed to providing children with the most advanced surgical care. Along with his clinical practice, he is actively involved in minimally invasive research at the Nicholson Center for Surgical Advancement at Florida Hospital Celebration Health.

He completed his surgery residency at Bethesda Naval Hospital and pediatric surgery residency at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, D.C.
